    All users are required to register to be able to sell. If you are having issues, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.

  • How Do I Buy?

    Go to the home page. Click "ONLINE CAR BOOTS" on the top menu bar. Scroll through until you find your county and click on the image. This will bring a list of recent products people are selling locally. If you have any issues, please contact us.

  • How do I upgrade my account?

    Visit the home page and scroll down. You will be provided with 3 options to upgrade your account to increase your posting limit and chances of selling. If you are having any issues, please contact us.

  • Can I sell bulky items?

    Yes you can! Depending on the buyer and yourself, you both should come up with an agreement regarding delivery or collection.

  • Will I get notified if someone is interesting in buying?

    Yes! You have 2 forms of contact for buyers to contact sellers via phone or email.

  • Someone said they was collecting but didnt show?

    We understand how frustrating it can be when a buyer arranges to collect and doesn't show up. Unfortunately this happens, but you do have the option to bump your post back to the top to help increase your chances of selling.

  • When should I give my address out?

    If you plan on having someone collect from your home. Don't give your address out until they call you to say they are ready to collect.

  • How should I pay a seller?

    Cash on collect is the best method used to exchange. It's up to the buyer and seller to make other arrangements. Be mindful of scammers and handing out your payment details. Only use safe and secure methods.

  • Can I return something I purchased from somebody?

    You would need to get back in contact with the sellers and ask them if they are happy for you to return the item.
